About Jill…

Originally from Los Angeles, CA, I have called Texas home for over 20 years. It’s hard to beat the music, outdoor lifestyle, food and uniquely casual feel of Austin. It has been both challenging and exciting to engage in the real estate market of this fast growing and friendly city. I began my career in a real estate related field, mortgage lending (Boston, MA). I did everything from process loans to sales management to train loan officers. I worked alongside mortgage lending professionals in the Northeast to develop and launch LENDAID, an online website that helps homebuyers find good and reliable loan officers to help them secure financing. I think my background in lending combined with my history as an educator make me a good fit for buyers looking to enter the real estate market for the first time.

Through the pandemic years, I got a huge real estate education through sheer business volume. The strong Austin real estate market of that time combined with more recent years has resulted in a major learning curve for me around contracts, fluctuating markets, property values, negotiation, home construction and systems, and more.

I was an early investor in real estate. It has always been my primary interest and comfort zone when it came to investing my own money. Though I have worn other professional hats over the years, real estate has always been in the background, an ongoing personal and professional interest.  Since 2015 real estate has been my sole focus.

I have many passions outside of work, including music, yoga, health & fitness, and art. I am the mother of four fabulous daughters (biased, of course), now grown and scattered across the country.

I would love to hear from you. I deeply value my work relationships, and will do my very best to help you in any way I can.
